I.\u00a0Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n

Flexible pouch auto spout sealing machine is one kind of automatic device to\u00a0install and seal plastic spout with pouch. Pouch with spout\u00a0is\u00a0manufactured\u00a0by this machine with advantage of high production efficiency, good looking, high sealing strength, avoiding\u00a0human\u00a0to\u00a0touch spout and pouch, safe and sanitary.<\/p>\n

FZJ-12-70 flexible pouch auto spout sealing machine\u00a0has function of\u00a0auto spout location and multi-stations\u00a0transmission, pouch loading with spout and sealing. Suitable for long spout and short spout, vertical type sealing spout.<\/p>\n

II. Component<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Vibration plate auto spout loading system: this system is composed of photoelectric control storage and vibration plate, can automatically\u00a0transmit plastic spout to spout loading device. Vibration plate can store 500pcs\u00a0of\u00a0spout.<\/p>\n

2. Spout loading system: adopts\u00a0three-axis cylinder instead of former one-axis cylinder, push spout into groove of conveyor, auto location, no angle changing, ensure product accuracy.<\/p>\n

3. Transfer system:\u00a0Transfer spout or pouch according to\u00a0station fixed length, in order for spout loading, spot welding, hot sealing, cold shaping, detection functions. Transfer system is drove by Mitsubishi servomotor.<\/p>\n

4. Pouch loading system is composed\u00a0of pouch storehouse, pouch pick-up device, pouch loading device. Used for\u00a0pick-up from pouch storehouse, pouch\u00a0clamping,\u00a0pouch\u00a0opening, spout\u00a0loading\u00a0and spot seal, then transfer to next step.<\/p>\n

5. Multi-sealing system: composed\u00a0of multiple\u00a0heat sealing cylinder group for\u00a0each\u00a0process such as\u00a0one-time\u00a0pre-heat, four times heat sealing and\u00a0one-time\u00a0cold shaping.<\/p>\n

6. Optical detection system: auto detect spout-sealing quality, remove defective product, defective percentage less than 5\u2030.<\/p>\n

7. Finished product loaded\u00a0on groove-stick and auto reload system: finished products will be loaded\u00a0into groove-stick after counting\u00a0for filling machine use, groove-stick auto discharging\u00a0after full load.<\/p>\n
