Terms and Conditions:

1.Payment: The buyer shall pay the invoice by T/T or other payment method agreed by both parties.

Down payment: 40%,namely USD     

Balance:60%,namely USD      should be paid at least 3 working days before delivery.

2.Bank charges:All bank charges outside China are on the buyer’s.

3.Important terms：Once the contract is signed, neither the buyer nor the seller has the right to unilaterally modify the content of the contract. Once the goods are sold, unless there is a quality problem with the equipment itself, returns or refunds will not be accepted. For all customized goods, once the contract is signed, the buyer is not permitted to apply for a refund through any means as long as the seller produces the goods according to the agreed upon terms.

4.Inspection before delivery:

Before delivery, the seller shall inspect the machines thoroughly for quality, specifications, performance, and quantity. The buyer is welcome to send an engineer to the seller’s factory for a personal inspection and training on operating the machines. If the buyer wishes to conduct tests with chocolate or other ingredients, they must provide and pay for the necessary ingredients. Testing will be conducted based on the buyer’s specific requests. The first test is free of labor costs, but additional tests will incur labor charges.The buyer must take delivery within one month after the seller’s notification of readiness for delivery; otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for fees such as but not limited to warehousing expenses.

5.Installation and commissioning :

Cost including visa,round-way tickets, inland traffic,boarding and lodging are on the Buyer’s account. A service charge of USD200.00/day per technician applies,including the travelling and quarantine time in both countries.

6.Precondition of installation:

*Buyer to place machines as per instruction from seller.

*Buyer to prepare basic resource including water, electricity, steam, compressed air source,cooling

tower,forklift etc.

*Buyer to prepare ingredients for machine testing.

*Buyer to be responsible for installation of AC,including hiring AC specialist,preparing copper

tubes,water tubes,wire and Freon,water tower,etc.

7.Warranty:Assuming that the equipment is operated and maintained under normal conditions, the machines come with a standard warranty period of one year, excluding quick-wear parts, which starts from the successful installation date but not beyond 14 months after the shipment date stated in the bill of lading. Any damage resulting from improper operations, accidents, natural disasters, or any other force majeure events are not covered by the warranty period. In cases where the seller sends a technician to the buyer’s premises to repair or train the buyer, all expenses shall be borne by the buyer. The seller reserves the right to refuse sending technicians in unforeseeable circumstances that may compromise their safety, such as war, natural disasters, religious conflicts, and other force majeure events.
